• Kristey McHenry Clinical Nurse

  

  Kristey is a Registered Nurse, she joined Dr. Tashjian's team in January 2022. Kristey is a University of Utah graduate with a BA in Family Consumer Studies. She was a Child Life Care Specialist at Shriners Hospital for Children. While on maternity leave she decided to become a nurse and obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, cum laude from Westminster College. She is nationally certified with the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (CEN). Kristey has 23 years experience as an Emergency Department Nurse and is excited to use her knowledge to optimize patients for surgery to ensure they have the best possible outcomes. Kristey and her family are 30+ year season ticket holders for University of Utah Football; 15 year season ticket holders for University of Utah Basketball; and donors to the University of Utah Crimson Club; she enjoys tailgating with family and friends and everything Utah football and basketball. She enjoys skiing in the winter and spending summers at Pokegama Lake in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

• Kyle Weinberg Clinical/Surgical Athletic Trainer

  

  Kyle is the clinical/surgical Athletic Trainer to Dr. Tashjian, and has been with the UOC since June of 2020. Prior to working with Dr. Tashjian, Kyle worked with the University of Utah Football team while earning a Master's in Sports Medicine. He is originally from Manassas, Virginia and obtained his Bachelor's in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware before moving out west. When he's not coordinating care or assisting in the operating room, he can be found on the slopes, playing ultimate frisbee, or hiking with his Aussie.

• Vicki BagleySurgical Coordinator

  

  Vicki is the Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Tashjian. She has worked in a variety of different positions within University of Utah Health, making her a great asset with a wealth of knowledge. Her career began in the billing office where she developed a vast knowledge of health care billing and insurance procedures. She then worked as a Financial Advocate for 5 years where she educated patients on cost of services, created estimates and acted as an advocate for patients to ensure they received the care and coverage they required. She has resided in Utah her entire life and loves it here! As a lover of nature, Vicki enjoys road biking and hiking. Being together with family, friends and especially her grandkids is her favorite way to spend her time.

• Morgan Fridley Administrative Assistant

  

  Morgan is an Administrative Assistant and has worked with Dr. Tashjian since 2014. She started out as a Surgical Coordinator for him and enjoyed that until July 2019, when she moved into a more administrative role. She graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. She grew up in Tucson, Arizona and moved to Salt Lake City after graduating from college. She enjoys living in Utah now and especially enjoys seeing the fall colors she never saw while living in Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to movies, spending time with family, and going on road trips.
