Complimentary Review of X-ray/MRI/CT

To determine if an office visit will be beneficial for you, we can provide a complimentary review of your shoulder or elbow X-ray, MRI, or CT scan. CD Discs are preferred, but we can also review hard copies/films of imaging studies. Once received, please allow at least one week for us to review your records. We will not be responsible for lost copies through the mail, so please make sure you retain a copy of your records. Please make sure to write "Attn: Dr. Tashjian" on the envelope or package to help expedite distribution within our facility.
